After receiving your perfume, we recommend allowing it to settle for 7–14 days before judging the fragrance.

During transportation, temperature changes and movement can temporarily affect how the fragrance smells. Allowing it to rest gives the composition time to stabilize and express its intended character.

For any damage, leakage, missing item, incorrect product, or other delivery-related issue, an uncut unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must clearly show the package from the moment you receive it, including the sealed package, opening process, and all items received. This helps us verify and resolve genuine issues fairly.

Once the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, as applicable.

Without a continuous, uncut unboxing video, we will not be able to process or approve a return, refund, or exchange.
